The Department of Law’s new three-year plan is part of an integrated vision of quality in teaching, research, the “third mission,” and institutional and administrative activities, in line with the strategic guidelines of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia as defined in the University’s six-year plan.
In this context, the Plan identifies objectives and development priorities aimed at strengthening the Department’s effectiveness and its ability to positively impact the surrounding social and economic context.

Through full adherence to the University’s mission, the Department intends to actively contribute to the growth and development of the university community and the local area, consolidating its role as a center for the production and dissemination of knowledge and for dialogue with society.
