The person responsible for the quality of the PhD program in “Legal Sciences”
is the Program Coordinator, Prof. Maria Cecilia Fregni.
Under her responsibility, the Annual Formative and Scientific Project Report
and the Annual Monitoring Report are drafted. In addition,
also under her responsibility, the Cyclical Review Report is prepared
every three years.
In the annual monitoring and periodic review activities, the Coordinator is supported by the Review Group, which is composed of the Coordinator herself, three faculty members of the Board, and a representative of the doctoral students. The current composition is as follows:
Maria Cecilia Fregni (Coordinator)
Alessandro Valerio Guccione (Faculty Member)
Alessio Bartolacelli (Faculty Member)
Marina Evangelisti (Faculty Member)
Edoardo Lorenzini (Doctoral Student)
All Quality Assurance activities are conducted with the active involvement of
the Faculty members and other stakeholders, in particular the doctoral
students, through their representatives, and the members of the
Advisory Committee.
The Advisory Committee is chaired by the Doctoral Program Coordinator and is composed of high-profile scholars associated with Italian and international universities and institutions.
In addition, the Committee includes influential representatives from the world of work and society. The Advisory Committee plays an advisory and guiding role with regard to the scientific and educational project of the doctorate and the identification of employment opportunities.
The Doctoral Program draws up the Self-Assessment Form on the occasion of Periodic Accreditation (if the Program is selected by ANVUR).
